At the tip of the 2 there is clear separation. Is that not an indicator of doubled due?

looks like Die Deterioration Doubling; also a lighting issue (looks like more then one light source on the closeup).
are you using a usb scope with multiple LED lights?

NOTE: recommendation when taking closeups of a date to take a picture of the complete date with mintmark.

I believe lighting glare is the main issue here. Try using a diffused lighting source (think white paper in front of a single lighting source). These new super shiny cents are very difficult to view and photograph. Good luck

The flattened devices is MD. ( Machine Doubling removes the contour of a coin and makes that area altered by the machine. On the date it is moving towards the rim and that is DDD. So you have two different events messing with our heads. Neither are worth the time of day, but always nice to know what they are.
