Deltron,it's to the point where I have certain containers that hold certain amounts of pennies...took four $25 containers to the bank today, and the counter came up with $100.61...takes a little practice but it works pretty good.

Deltron - I'm jealous! I love finding wheaties and older Canadian - but foreign is such a cool treat and I am on a month long skunk streak! Perhaps tomorrow - wifey is picking me up a box - per chance she'll have the magic touch!

Yes I've been lucky with finding S coins up here. Condition is usually pretty dinged up but I find them. I have to count my S coins to know how many I have. By the way, I have 4? 1970 S nickels too that I found some time back in nickel rolls When I count my S's up I'll list them. Actually a new thread just for S coins would be cool I think!

Anyways, here are a few of my weeks finds:

PS: sorry I forgot to flip the 1968 one for you!

ALSO: is that 1970 S a small or large date? I'm thinking it might be a small date?

Ricard - The 78-D has a very low mint mark, of interest to some of us collectors. I always look for the really high and really low mint marks. The 70-S looks to be very nice! Great finds!!

Thanks :) It's easy to get US coins in Canada change and rolls. We're also not far from the border plus the main drag through town is a main travel route. Everyone has to go through town. That street is half a block from me, as well as the Petrocan where I convenience shop and sometimes they'll sell me a roll or two of their pennies :)
