I just went through 20 rolls I got from the bank.
I was getting about 10 copper cents in each roll as an average and I found these:

Cool-Lincoln-Roll-Finds-From-Bank-Rolls----Post-Yours!

1950-S, 1941, 1946-D, 1958-D, 1956-D and a 1970-S

Still got another 20 rolls to go through. I hope they come out the same!

i did about $75 in cwr's last week and netted only 13 wheats. its slim pickins out here.. I did fetch a lot of copper and a lot of S mint marks. filled up my 74-s tube. it is all luck of the draw. I'm starting to prefer cwr becuase a lot of people just pass stuff along. boxes I get stuck with are usually skunks with 4-5 wheats

Scored a 2-cent euro from a String box. Says Letzbuerg on it. Haven't found one of these 2-cent euro's in at least 6 to 9 months.

Out of $11.00 of pennies in rolls today, two were from my pharmacy, the rest from my bank, I found 3 more S's I scored almost 2 rolls of Lincoln's and a few 50's Canadians, including 3 Doves 1967's, 1953 NSF, 1956 and 1959, lots of 60's, 70's, and so on. No magnetic no P 2006's or P 1999 or 2000/01's :(

US:

1968 S
1970 S
1972 S
1947
1956 D
1957 D
1958 D
D's: , 1969, 1961, 63, 64 x2
Lots of Lincoln's from the 70's to date. No WAMs or CAMs etc I don't think.

i opened a $25 box today and it was a bummer. got more canadians than wheats. 5 canadians and I only got 4 wheats in the whole box. its my third box and my totals for wheats were 9, then 8, and now 4. my numbers are decreasing :( I tried bank of america instead of wells fargo, looks like I am staying with wells fargo.

even though it had only 4 wheats I did find a 1998 WAM lincoln in great condition. and after 3 boxes I have about 50 s mint pennies. is that a little or lot?

Finishing off the rest of '2' string boxes here in a bit. Only 21 wheats with the best being a 1929xf+! The rest were 1940's and 1950's. There also was one from the ground that I'm working on....pretty corroded with some hardened dirt. Can only see the "19". I know the other 2 numbers just have to be "09" with a little 's' under it! Anyway, I did end up with 12 more canadian coppers...all 70's and 80's. I also hit 17 s mints (1968-1974). I mentioned earlier a find of a 2-cent euro. And, I got a counterstamped cent with Florida on there. No wams or cams or any of the other recent hot topics on the error board. The dump-bag will be searched for other errors or oddities before it goes back to the bank. I will say, that I've been training my eye for the 1960 and 1960D small and large date. It this $50 search, it had 11 1960D small dates. I didn't count the 1960D large dates...I'd guess at about 25. These 5000 pennies yielded "0" 1960 plain dates at all...large or small!

A good way to differentiate between zinc and copper 1982's is to simply flip it with your thumb and index finger.

A copper penny will make a "ping" sound, while a zinc will make no sound at all.

Of course after searching through lots of them, you should be able to tell the difference just by looking at them.
