Another $50 bag done....two 1994 DDR's, 23 wheats oldest 1916-D, one blank planchet (my first ever), a 1998 WAM. and $22 in copper (my best ever). Not only that but when I went for my usual $50, the girl came back out and said she had four bags...so I took em all.

box done today yielded only 8 wheats the oldest was 1935 then 40s and 50s still no 2011's thinking of going back to searching maybe 10 dollar amounts from a few different banks rather then the boxes maybe cash in on another stash like I found when I started collecting 2 years ago

My latest box only yielded 3 wheats with the oldest being a 41-S. Not a single Canadian cent either. Definately not par for the course.

Congrats on finding the planchet Maineman! I've NEVER found one and, oddly enough, I don't even own one.

Indians seem to be everywhere. I haven't found one this year. Last year I got 4.

About the only cool find besides common wheats lately that I have made is a 2007 - 50 Ore from Sweden. I guess I'm now in the dark side too!

Went in to a bank, asked for a $25 box of pennies, they brought me a $25 box of customer wrapped pennies. These pennies have to be some of the worst condition zinc lincolns I have ever seen. So bad that its annoying because of the dirt and grime that is on them. If I was a businness who was actually going to use them in a cash register I would of been really mad. Above average coppers, but so far only 1 wheat and almost done.:( Perfect example of how the life span of a zince coin is far less than a copper coin. Many of the zinc coins are actually deteriating. They should of been taken out of circulation instead of wrapping again for someone else....

2 1994 DDRs? Arent those worth about $80 minimum each? At least that's what my book says. In any case, Congrats on a great box!

Willy I had one of those back before Christmas was really aggravating and like you I figured a business would of been mighty P.O. to have got that box. Found me a 1945P on the floor at McDee's this morning while making my rounds picking up my box and xtra rolls.
