I specifically asked the head teller to do this for me as a one time favor. I had gotten a box of dimes as a present which all were duds in clear brinks rolls. Traded in the box o' dimes for the ten boxes of cents. The branch I get these at does HUGE coin business asthey are smack middle of the business district. They always keep 15 boxes of cents on hand at all times.

Good stuff, Unholyroller.
I have a question for you guys: Have any of you found steel pennies in String & Son rolls, or Brinks rolls? Or do they not show up because of the different metal content? I am not sure if 1943 steel pennies are the same as the Canadian steel pennies, many of which I have seen come out of machine rolls.

Atleast you guys are getting good coins to search. I'm up to 12 boxes of brinks junk this week, all 83 and newer. I didnt open all the rolls, just one tells me, and I can tell with the clear rolls. ITs so bad I'm carrying rollers with me so I can quickly dump them back. Gotta hit up some other banks I dont have accounts with, that I know have the paper wrappers.

@ halfhunter
im beginning to think that pennies are the only think that will yield me anything!
dimes, quarters, nickles are starting to become more of a WASTE of time considering how much more I search through than the results I get with $20 of pennies... THAT or I will have to switch banks. I like to keep it simple, but I may have to start going to a larger more commercial bank for CRW's.. my CU said something to me that made me think that I will never find anything in dimes, quarters etc.. she said, they weigh the rolls to make sure they dont get shafted. i.e. dimes filled with pennies... but that makes me think that they weigh them and sneak the silver out... I dont know, I think I'm just paranoid, because I have found silver there before.. its definitely running dry
