Just finished up a box I picked up from the bank on Wednesday. Nice finds this go around. 6 wheats, 6 canadians, 1 counterstamped cent, a 1973-S that filled a hole in my book and several eye-appealing early 70 cents. Wheats1912-P 1919-P (Barely legible) 1936-P 1944-S 1956-P 1957-D    Edited by WheatBack

How many '09-'19 Lincoln Cent coins are still in circulation... Hmmm... Let's say there are 70,000 $25 boxes of cents at bank offices today across the US--that's 175,000,000 coins. Then, let's say there are 1,500,000 individual rolls sitting at banks today across the US--that's 75,000,000 coins. Together, that makes 250,000,000 cent coins. Let's say there is one '09-'19 coin per 5,000 cents. That would make 50,000 coins in the '09-'19 range still available. Wow. And my estimates are probably low. Doesn't take into account what's sitting in jars in homes across America Imagine... |

Finished up a box yesterday, nothing too exciting. About 9 common 40's and 50's wheats and this nice counterstamped coin. Is there a premium on this? Thanks!  |

Did my 20th box today and got 11 common wheats (all 40's and 50's) and got 5 Canadians (1965,1968,1975,1981,1984)

Alright just finished my first box! I know it takes you guys inside o an hour to do a box, and well, it took me 3 days... But that's beside the point!  All bank-wrapped rolls1919-D 1944 1944-D 1946 1952-D x2 1953-S 1956-D 1957-D 1958-D x2 19.5% copper. I just have to say, that was so much fun! I'm going to get another box!  |

Pulled this one out last night. Does it have PMD or is it some kind of machining error? The toning looks like it was either done back in 1981 or came from the mint. Not sure.  |

I'll have pictures sometime tomorrow, I reckon, but I just jumped my earliest roll find for a penny back twenty years. Found a very, very beat up 1886 IHC in the box I'm finishing up. Several bright red, looking uncirculated 1946-S as well - though one appears to have some harsh cleaning going on to Lincoln's right. Close examination under magnification reveals it to be a type II, not that in its condition its value could ever exceed 50 cents. Edited by SaintRidley
