Nice one, ijn1944bsm! Finding 1960's uncirculated cents is probably my favorite thing to find (besides nice wheats)

Did a box for the first time in a while. Had some really bad luck lately so I put it off for a month or so, but decided to go by the bank on the way home today. Got a box, and here's what I found. My first ever proof cent (been doing this for years and never had one before), 14 wheats, two BU cents and two I just couldn't bear to throw back. Two Canadian cents too. See photo . 1935, 1936 (X2), 1942, 1944D, 1945, 1946, 1948D, 1950, 1953D, 1956, 1956D, 1958, 1978S proof, 1975D and 1994D BU, 1983D and 1963D looking good, and 1970 and 2001 Canadian cents. Not bad really, considering I went several boxes without even a Wheat cent lately.

.........Gruver:
I agree, having BU 50s-60s pop out a roll is quite a charge. There are so many dimensions to cent roll searching--the standard wheat chase, errors, toners, BUs mentioned above, and the occasional MS+++ memorial cents. Even crazy zinc rot.

I did two boxes recently and I was really happy with the results! The first box was starting to look pretty bad but then I found this guy My second IHC in my last 3 boxes. I also found 4 Canadians and 6 LWCMy second box was a little better and then in my last roll I found my first clipped planchet! The rest of that box yielded 2 Canadians and 11 Wheats. Happy Hunting Everyone!
