Just because there zinc cents doesn't mean that there not desired. The 2011 Lincoln 1DO-004 in MS 65 condition is listed around $200.00 I found a few of them.

Got a box today. About a dozen wheats. Nothing good except for a 1934! Hole filler! Also a 1944 King George VI cent. Other than that, nothing new or interesting. Actually a below average box for me, but the '34 was well worth it.

Also, hit 50 different date/mintmark combinations from circulation today!

Nice finds! I would say both are Very Good. A 1939-S is an especially lucky find!

I pity the people who get pennies from my bank after I go on a dump run. All zincs and no errors to speak of. I even take out all of the BU zincs that haven't split the plating and package them airtight. Who knows, with all the zinc rot, maybe even the commons will be rare in a hundred years. I hope I'm doing right and my future generations can profit from them. All the copper I get is thoroughly searched for errors and anomalies, then it's out to the shed into 5 gallon buckets to be buried in the back yard ;)

Yesterday's box also yielded another ! After finding the '34 I have completed the common Philadelphia issues from the 1930's. By common I mean excluding the low mintage 1931, 1932, and 1933. Those ones are next!

Blueish purple 1989 zincoln box find. I usually don't keep PMDs but this was kinda cool.

I did another cent box tonight, nothing special.
Six wheats:
'54-D (Replacement)
'53-D
'52-D (Replacement)
'51
'48
'44
a nice BU 1963
1 roll of uncirculated 2013-D
5 S mints
8 Canadian including a '64 and a '43
and a very odd PMD
The entire top looks like it was coated with a superglue or something. It may be hard to tell in the picture but it is very reflective and thick.

Then, a Bermuda penny in the same box! Good thing it landed reverse up or I would have tosses it as a Canadian.

Another recent world coin find. These were in CWR, maybe someone toured Europe and dumped their change when they returned home.
