I'm half-way through a box and I found this hole-filler:

I haven't had much luck in filling holes for cents lately, so this was a fun find.

Much better than a hole filler! A little Verdi-Care will help, I'm sure. Nice find!

Very nice finds all! Love those hole fillers! Speaking of which, I found two of them in my 22 rolls from yesterday. 6 wheats including a 1951 Philly and a 1954 Philly. The '54 Philly is special because it's actually the first one I've EVER found in circulation!

What a shame. Really nice 1933 except for the obvious problem.

That's one heck of a 1933! I always like finding woodies. It's really too bad about the carbon spots.

Love seeing all these old pennies.

This has been a rough summer for pennies heavy on 2015 & 16 and light on anything interesting my avg for boxes was only four or five wheats, very few Canadian etc. Well this weekend I finally had a great box.

1 Panama penny

1 Bahama penny

18 Wheats

1 Indian head

14 Canadian with the oldest being a 1940.

The stars were the 1906 Indian Head and this 1919 wheat. The field near the date still has so much of the original color. It's my best example of a 1919 to date.

Nice box, TMK65!

I also did a box over the weekend, and it was light on wheats with 7, but 2 hole fillers:

1935
1936
1942D (hole filler)
1945D
1948D
1953D
1956 (hole filler)

We also got 11 canadians, but this one was by far the best:

1935 King George V

We bought a Canadian penny book earlier in the week, so it was a great addition!

Nice king george v! I've only found one, a 1926, in quite a lot of searching, so they can't be too common.

Very Nice King George! and very few and far apart. I'm lucky enough to have found a 1920 about a year ago but I have only found two in my time which makes them more rare than an Indian Head, at least for me.

Agreed! My state of residence borders Canada, and this is the first one I've found in about 14 boxes searched. Found an IHC on the 5th box searched.
