2020 LSC Error Strange Rim

while at work I noticed a weird line going around a fresh 2020 roll of pennies so I grabbed the roll and this is what I found

as you can see the dip seems to taper off around the edge. I have two similar coins but I figured I would get an opinion as to what happened to the one first before posting the second

Partial collar. The area not inside the collar will be the correct size. The area outside of the collar will be larger than normal. Nice find. These partial collars look neater on a coin with reeds:
