Just found this one roll searching. Misaligned die or off-center strike? This guy has been floating around out there for 26 years? I guess so.

It could be a partial collar error. What does the edge look like? Cool find!

Pretty much flat or worn all the way around with very little reeding.

With the partial reeding on the edge, I think it is a tilted partial collar error. I would wait and see if anyone else chimes in but it looks good to me. Very cool find! How much reeding is present on the edge?

Hey thanks CH! That little bit of reeding you see in that last picture, it's it. The rest of the coins edge is flat.

Thanks guys. So what exactly would I write on the 2x2 to identify this coin? Tilted partial collar error? Partial collar strike?

Thanks! Don't ever give up. They are out there.

I searched thru 5 boxes once. Nothing!......until the last box, last roll......two silver quarters jumped out.
