I can't find one with both in any listings but this clearly is a DDO and DDR correct? It is an early die stage but you can still see the beginnings of a crack from the lower right of memorial to the edge which is a marker for the DDO dbl ear, and then this is a true DDR right? Should be a pretty valuable find don't you guys think?

Normal die. Note how the fields look so flat? Well it was polished and your coin was probably one of the first thousand struck by those die. That doesn't mean it is an early die state. Why not? Because note all the devices on the coin are smaller than normal. That is what caught my eye. The reverse devices that are shorter looking on the 'NE' on ONE, are from a partial Grease Fill on those devices. The lines on the tops of the devices on the reverse are coin sliding that created the slight wear patter on the tops of the devices. The Big DDR's are on the Philly dies.

No listings on the 1983-D DDRs on V.V or Wexler's site. But the clear fields often are what people don't notice on these coins. I'd save it as hole filler for an album. It is nice enough for that.

The obverse pretty much looks normal. (other than the die polishing, probably the first die polishing) On the 1983 and 84 cents there was a lot of die clashes those years and a lot of die polishing happened. Just look at those years to see how bad the dies were altered on those years.

When you look at graded coins you expect them to look like this one:
