It could be a beat up AE Antoninianus of Saloninus, the wife of Gallienus (253-268 AD).

I'm not sure about the reverse, but it might be FECVNDITAS AVG.

@Paul, I think that you have nailed it. The low neckline of the bust and the letter fragments match about as well as I might expect.

The hairstyle is a dead give-away. 3rd Century ladies all had unique 'dos.
