Hello,

A friend of mine has a number of ancient Chinese coins, from the Han and Song Dynasties. What are, in your view, the best auction houses to submit these coins? I know almost nothing about Chinese numismatics...

Chinese coins are difficult. Fakes have essentially ruined the market. Many (genuine) early Chinese coins are very common, especially Song dynasty. If they are better pieces, I would suggest beginning with the auction houses or dealers from which they were originally purchased. Please post photos if you can.
