Appears to be an Interior Die Break at the end of the Branch connected to the top of the Letter "M" of "Dime" on the Reverse. I think the IDB is not at a Common Position on the Coin and not on the Raised Fields. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yes Novel I think it's a die chip near the bottom of the torch and thanks for looking and responding.

Its a crack and a chip. The obverse is yelling this is an late die state. So it would be common to see these on a die when they get that age.
