It's a dreary Saturday afternoon so I decided to work on my CAPS album. My initial goal was to fill all slots with UNC coins. Found out real quick that was not possible (I.e. affordable!). Next step was to fill with the best coin I can afford. Looked through my 2 x 2's to see what I have that could reasonably fill a hole. Found five coins in the teens and 20's that fit the bill. Completing this is my next project, with the realization that there will be a few I cannot afford, such as 16 D and 41 over 42. Some pictures to show progress so far.

Those look great!

I am currently working on the new Lincoln Shield cent caps album.

Definitely a great alternative to traditional albums.

Will post pictures as soon as it is ready.

I'm not sure about using those Albums. Yes looks great but spears to me as over kill. I use Whitman and Dansco and almost any other Albums I can get cheap. How expensive are those Albums? So far your off to a great start.

The Caps albums are similar in price to the Dansco album (new). I have a couple of sets of Mercury dimes in Whitman albums but wanted something different. Thanks for the encouraging words. They'll help keep me working towards completing.
