Was checking out a bunch of nickel dollars I have and when I was looking through the 1969's I came across this.

If you look in front of the canoe near where the water meets the tip of it, you can see what looks to be some sort of raised anomaly.

Upon further inspection, I noticed none of the other 1969 nickel dollars I had shown the anomaly you see in these photos.

Not sure if this would be something collectors would like to find but I thought I would post this just in case.

The first image is the coin in question, the second is another 1969 for comparison, and the third image of the two side by side close-ups of the area.

I was aware of it, but never really though it was anything significant, other than a die gouge, or chip.

Fair enough,
I assumed it was some sort of die damage but I also know the nickel dollars had quite a few varieties so I thought I would ask before I got rid of all my extras.

Could it be a clash mark?
