Took a chance and bought a few circulated rolls of the 28S and was fortunate to find one of the two RPMs that I have been looking for.
Odds of finding the two weren't with me as only a relatively small number of the 28-Ss are large but, sometimes you get lucky.

Nice finds. How can you tell a large 'S' compared with a small 'S'.

The obvious answer is, one is smaller and the other larger.

Great example! The RPMs on 1928 S "large S" coins are really quite nice and yours is in great shape.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, been working on getting the four large-S RPMs.

Also found this RPM-001 in this lot. The MM got dinged up a bit but, luckily, I already had one in better condition so this will be a back-up.
