So not 100% sure what to call this large die crack on right side small break left ribbon, need opinions and knowledge thx guyz

I'm not sure when Cuds-on-coins started calling these "Pre-cuds". 1905 had seven in the same general area with a couple having a pair of the pre-cuds.

There appears to be vertical displacement one either side of the crack down around the 5:00 position, so I would call it a Retained Cud

I don't think the shape of the crack has anything to do with it. I believe if a piece of die breaks off at the edge of the die, but hasn't fallen away yet to become a Cud, it would be called a Retained Cud. The displacement of the two pieces towards the bottom of the crack that @Conder101 referred to indicates that the die is completely broken, rather than just a long die crack.
