Average value of a 99 ASE is $40. These people on YT have no clue what they're talking about. The 99 ASE is only valuable in MS70.

If you get in a pinch and are forced to go to a dealer to sell, expect to receive melt or less.

Youtube is like a high school cafeteria, you can say anything you want if it scores you points. A quick and easy way to check your real world value is to look at ebay under SOLD LISTINGS. This will tell you what people are actually paying for your coin type. Secondly, look at the pictures you posted. Out of focus, not centered, missing parts of the coin, glare from the packaging. Even if there was something special about your coin, these pictures would not show it. You need better pictures for any kind of evaluation.

Probably just worth $40-$45 as Grape said. Nothing that special.
