No idea what this is, looks like it made of plaster, I'm assuming some sort of replica?

In some countries, museums will often make plaster replicas of their coins, both for sale to visitors and for their own displays to prevent theft.

In the past it was possible for visitors to have access to the collections in some museums and take plaster casts themselves.

I have gathered a few that I am led to believe are likely 19th century examples. I have illustrated two of them below.

Some were only one side but would be hand painted to imitate the original

others are casts of both sides, which were frames and then mounted on felt....
