I'll take a shot at it and say A well struck AU 58 to MS 60 Red Brown 1919 and I would value it at 7.50 with the carbon spotting and without the spotting at 10.00.
I wonder how others see it?

Excellent pictures. With the spotting I think this coin would grade MS-62. A nice 8 to 10 dollar coin.

Before we start grading, I have a question. Most of the spotting looks more like surface dirt/grime. Have you tried soaking this coin in distilled water and then xylene? To be honest, I'd probably just take it to the sink and wash it under running warm water between my fingers. You may some of that go bye-bye.
