The Paleo-Hebrew inscriptions on these are never easy, at least for me. And the engraving looks especially poor on this one. There are others on the board who are better with these issues than I, but I suppose I lean toward it being Alexander Jannaeus. I won't be surprised, however, if louisvillekyshop, echizento, Palouche, or someone else suggests something different. And, if they do, the safe bet is on them.
