Said it was the internet's version of yelling well maybe all lowercase is Whispering and I have bad hearing. Anyways it's just something I've always done I write in all uppercase I type in all uppercase it just looks neater and more uniform. besides who started the stupid all caps means yelling thing anyways Report this Post to the Staff
