Graffiti? No way!! I'm from New York. I know Graffiti when I see it. Come on T-BOB!! You're from New York.
Graffiti is writing or drawings made on a wall or other surfaces. Graffiti ranges from simple written words to elaborate paintings, that is neither. It's damage from some type of hit.

VF Details, Scratches/cleaned/polished. I could see a TPG calling this graffiti if they deem the marks intentional. A series of 5 scratches like that could easily be considered intentional. |
