hello all,
I'm new to the forum and to coin collecting. I have two coins I believe have die cracks and would appreciate feedback.

The 2002 P Roosevelt dime appears to have a faint crack on the Reverse face, right side, at the very base of the Oak branch.

The 2008 P US Quarter appears to have a crack from the back of Washington's head down to the "In God We Trust" inscription.

Thanks for looking

to the forum.

The quarter does look like it has a die crack. On the dime I can't really tell (looks more like a scratch). Is it a raised surface?

The dime crack does appear to be slightly raised when using optical magnification, but it was very difficult to capture using the digital microscope and direct lighting.

Thanks for the feedback!
