I'm still a novice on this journey of looking up facts about coins that have been in a piggy bank for decades. One that sticks out initially is a 1965 Lincoln Penny with no mint mark and the W in "WE" is offset/raised. Any thoughts as to value or is it just another junk error coin.

Just another regular coin. The no mm means it was minted in Philadelphia. There were nearly 1 1/2 Billion struck that year with no mm so there are plenty of them to be found.

Well the master hub was swelling outwards on the cents about that time. 1968 was the last year for that master hub. In 1969 there was new master hub created.

So you may be looking at the swelling process that moved the devices into the rim area.
