Still looking thru change and found this quarter. It is not in best condition but you can clearly see that the area of feathers between the eagles legs is missing. It goes from body feathers to tail feathers with nothing in middle. I haven't seen this anywhere so I am not sure if its even an error or what it would be called. Any help appreciated.

possible struck in grease because of blank areas on feathers and arrows?
