The die markers don't match. Is it a new one?

What you saw on Wexler's showing the U, TCD, was only a die marker, it was not pointing out that the U was doubled.

This is most likely either MD or a lighting issue. Happens too often with these LSCs.

i looked at it from every angle to make sure it wasnt just shadow games. none of the other devices had the same thing going on just those

It happens with the shield cents.

It isn't a doubled die.
