found this in my pocket earlier. I tried adding pictures of the designer's initials with different lighting & angles so you could see it better.

Obverse close-up picture #3 looks like plate shifting to me and on the reverse I tend to agree with MD....Full photos are a bit dark and close-ups are showing quite a bit of glare...how about trying photos with your light source further from the coin...just a thought
