Maybe it has been discussed already but I couldn't find it in a search. If you order rolls/bags of quarters from the mint website (available in P, D, S) are the West Point quarters mixed in the P and D at the same ratio as the rest of circulating coins or are these different?

I don't know if they throw in the W's in the same ratio (if at all) into the Mint bags, but remember that you'd already be $11.75 down (and that amount doesn't include any postage) per bag.
I think you'd have to find at least two W's per 100ct bag to break even. I value the W's at $5 each (that's what I buy them for) because I already include the future drop in demand.

I've never heard of someone finding a W in the bags or rolls that you buy from the mint. I can only justify buying the S quarters as they do hold a premium and everything else is available elsewhere.

the mint does NOT distribute the W quarters themselves with any mint product, including the bags or rolls they sell.

The only way to find them is from circulation made rolls from the banks. they made them, they stick them in the bulk Ballistic Bags sent to the armored carriers, the armored carriers roll them and distribute them to the banks.

You'd be wasting your time looking for them in any of the mints direct offerings.

Big-Kingdom is correct, the ONLY way to get the W quarters is from circulation, or buy them from someone that got them from circulation.

Too bad the mint won't sell "W" rolls...probably would be sold out in seconds to their "partners".

Are those S minted coins in rolls?

Just Carl...the ATB Quarters are available in "S" mint rolls...about $19+ I think...really wanted the Samoan "BAT" but it was sold out...shoulda ordered early. I usually put my order in at year's end for all the quarter "S" mint rolls, Native American and innovation dollars. Just picked up a roll of the Bush 41 dollars also. patiently waiting for the packages arrival.

The whole idea of the W quarters was to provide a "rarity" that people could find in circulation. Selling them by the roll would defeat the whole purpose.

Maybe they could put a privy mark on the roll itself and mark it up umpteenth times.
