Part of G is missing in GOD, is that considered a die break or....?

Thanks for any assistance, learning something new everyday.

Hm well, neither I'm afraid.

Looks like erosion and damage.

I would like to see the "G" even closer, but it almost looks like dirt or something on the coin's surface, built-up on the letter? Uncertain on this.

I thought it was dirt too but it didn't come off with cleaning.

I shouldn't be telling you what to do or not to do with your coins, I'm sorry. I can only give you my advice, and my advice is you shouldn't clean your coins. You can do as you please. I won't nor will I ever clean my coins. If really needed, a soak in distilled water is ok, but that's where I draw the line as to what I would do. I am not a fan of acetone, but others will tell you otherwise, and that's their opinion. In the end, that's only what we do here, share our advice and our opinions.

I am assuming you're speaking of BadThad's "POLARITY LADDER" Yes, it's a good read and valuable guide. BadThad is himself an incredible resource; CCF is lucky to have him as a member! Thanks for the reminder, John1 (we're lucky to have you as well!)
