Appears to be Aluminum Bronze, 25 mm, Non magnetic
Please help ID this coin (I tried Nepal, No) Help.

@ima, first welcome to CCF. Second, are you sure that this isn't a Nepalese commemorative 2 Rupee from 2001? On numista, it shows that they were bronze so the color is off compared with yours, but otherwise, this looks like a pretty close match to me:

Also, please post the weight of your coin so that we can see if it might be an off-metal strike (or circulating counterfeit).
