I have absolutely no idea what on earth this coin is or where to even begin to try to figure it out. It's really worn so it's difficult to make out the markings on it. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

It weighs 1.18 grams.

It can be narrowed to 1663-1665 based on the reverse inscription which ends in ...ID REG POLO.

Might be tough to do better than that.
