3 Star Notes In Consecutive Order...possible Errors

NaNa7 New Member United States 38 Posts	Posted 12/19/2020 01:35 am I have never dealt with paper currency I am still learning about the coins but today at Walmart I got 4 bills in my change that caught my eye. The first one was a $20 bill with what I think is a binary(just learned that word today lol) serial number. The other 3 are $1 star notes in sequential order. The star notes seem to have some ink issues but I am not sure from what or how. Some look like fingerprints and ink mixed with hair. Then from the back I noticed the serial number coming thru the paper of all 3 bills. You can feel it as if it was brail on both sides. Is this normal? Are they considered errors? The fingerprint looking stains are not common but show up from time to time, mostly $1 notes. No big deal. Report this Post to the Staff

Theres like 4/5 spots along bottom of bills and they line up when all 3 bills are together...and any insite on serial numbers that are coming thru paper and feels like brail on both sides?
