Yeah, my title is wanting for clarity. I intended to say where does the coin have marks that reduce the score from 70 to whatever your assessment is for this coin, thanks.

Ok. The first thing that jumps out at me is the gouge under the IC in America. Lots of hits on the lettering And Hits on the rim MS-65

Light chatter on bust--hint of very light wear. Light obverse rim dings. The under IC gouge. Chin nick.
Nice coin. MS65+ for me.

With the reverse gouge and obverse chatter on the cheek, chin, neck, lapel and shoulder I'm at MS64.

i count 20 marks, ticks, abrasions, discolorations, scratches and areas of the coin which would overall subtract from an MS70 coin. imo this is too many to push this coin above MS65 and more like MS64+

the spotting, esp on reverse, means this will grade less than 68, so we're at 67, then subtract 2 due to the significant number of small hits, which puts it at MS65

Thank you everyone for the feedback, I'm learning a lot here. For future visitors to this post when it becomes aged, key learnings for noobs:
1. Deductions for spotting, result in a potential highest grade of MS 67. 2. Strike chatter on Lincoln's bust is a driving factor in score reduction if present in large numbers, even if small dings. 3. The clean field is insufficient to compensate for these deductions (my inference). 4. Grading can work from the perspective of deductions from a high, then decreasing based on impairments, rather than adding points from a base low score.
I'll present another coin for review soon and ask if eye appeal can compensate for scratches on a Jeffie with Full Steps.

And of course, there is no 'algebra' for coin grading. Methods/approaches have improved over the decades, but grading remains subjective.

The high point areas are from strike weakness, typical in the 50's.
It's a very attractive coin but the field marks drop the grade.
