Last night I showed this $20 bill I had received with 3 other bills that were star notes. Today I took a good look at the picture and realized that the picture was showing lines and dents in the bill that made it look like it was all creased up and wadded into a ball and that is not how bill actually is. So I took a closer look and noticed that there are raised lines going thru bill. Some are long some short and they go in all directions. At first I thought the big one in middle was a fold/crease but when I look at it the top part is raised on front but the lower half shows the line is raised on back. Some lines can be felt on one side and not the other. There are a lot of small lines running from top and bottom borders to center. The largest cluster of lines and dents(sorry don't know what else to call them) are on and around where it says Twenty USA USA Twenty and where mini portrait are. Last 3 pictures show a line under the microscope and where the deepest dents are.

A 'true' binary is zeroes and ones. The term has morphed into common slang for any note with only two digits in any order.

The word "binary" simply refers to something with two parts.

I see lots of folds, but I'm not sure I can see what else you are seeing here. If I were to guess how a bill got folded to end up looking a certain way, it would be pure speculation. However, it doesn't strike me as being particularly unusual.

There are a few conspiracy theorists that say you can fold a bank note a certain way to reveal a hidden message or symbol. The last one I remember was the $20.00 folded to show the attacks of 9/11. Pure legend of course. I think you have a bank note that has been folded, most likely very tightly, or possibly for a long time.

It's simply incredible and I've never seen anything like it. It could be worth thousands of dollars or more. To verify though, I'm going to need you to send it to me for a closer, in-person evaluation.
