Your coin purports to be an AE Tetras of Kamarina dating from the 5th century BC
Bronze coins of this period tend to be a bit on the 'crude' as far as the flans go
Kinda rough around the edges
The artistic style is "archaic" as opposed to the classical idealized most people are familiar with in Greek coins

A quick google search turned up these two genuine examples
