The mintmark looks like circulation flattening. Could be a D/D, but with the flattening it's difficult to tell.

It has the notch below the D and the other markings as seen in VV (Variety Vista)

Likely not an RPM. It has been flattened by taking a hit.

Its obvious when comparing the pics side by side this is not RPM-001 (missing the obvious part at the bottom).
Look carefully at the pics of RPM-002 and you will see what looks like a notch on the base of your D is too far left (also just looks like a flattened area). Also yours is missing the front of the D that shows out from under, and right of the top D.
