Is this a D/S?

Also is there a double for on Liberty?

Thanks for the reply!

Even on the Mint mark? To me it seems like a pretty apparent "s" shape behind the D.

I'm not too familiar with American coinage so take my words with a grain of salt

I would like to see full coin pics to be sure, but this looks like acid damage.

Always note the area you are looking at? If they area is not raised and it would be, the die was normal, the strike was not. If it were a doubled die, then the devices would be enlarged on the coin. (its not)

Again example what is there, forget about what should be there. If it is a doubled die, it will be raised and enlarged. If it is weak and wimpy, move on to the next coin. (too much time is is wasted on trying to figure on something on a coin, when there really is, nothing there.)
