Was sorting through some rolls and came across this. Not sure what it is rev is normal.

Well it's kind of blurry but from what I can see it looks like a off center or mis-strike to me.

Could you be more specific as the pictures are almost impossible to tell what the issue is

Since you say the reverse is normal then it just looks like a misaligned die in my opinion. If one side is off center and the other side isn't then the dies were not aligned with each other. This is common and does not command a premium unless it is is off center enough where some part of the design is missing.

Very slight misaligned die. No premium value, they are very common.
