Thanks for your guys help on this.
But I'm looking to get your guys/gals opinions on what kind of value I have for these. I've found no sort of list on how much in value one is increased or decreased in value with the tones.

Again... Cleaned, ugly toning. Value? Maybe 20 to 23 $

Looks cleaned in this light and just a bullion coin.

This one also appears to be artificially toned/cleaned, and would have minimal collector value, another $25-35 coin depending on the audience.

Toning usually will not effect the selling point of a coin unless the toning is particularly exceptional, in most other cases, the toning will either be a neutral or degrading factor in the value.

You also don't usually come across natural toning among circulated coins, in most cases, the color that a circulated coin acquires is from contact with chemicals or surfaces that would make the toning be considered artificial.
