It looks like a really well struck coin.
Could it just be an Early Die State coin?

Your coin actually has more detail/stronger strike in the columns then some MS67s, too bad its so banged up.
No DDs though, some MD.

At Level. I've had better responses with coins like this if you post a comparison photo from a normal 2019. I do see what your seeing. The triangle looks much thicker than normal.

It does appear to have some extra thickness but it is difficult to tell if that is because it's a better strike, an EDS, or if it is because of doubling. Even if it is true hub doubling, it is too minor imo.
Unless... MONTICELLO or FIVE CENTS also shows doubling, which most of the listed extra thickness nickel DDRs have. Clear notching or thickness on the lettering might push this one to being listable.

The hits exhibited by this example are commonly found on recent nickels fresh from mint bags. Big hits like those upper left of the portico are happening at the mint.
