What is that between the words Liberty and the I in IN? I cant think of the name of it, but I think a definition of it is when the planchet isn't placed between or on the die? and the reverse of the coins shows up on the observe? Well I might not have my terms correct but some of you knows what I am talking about

Also, I have to twist and turn a coin before I can tell if it's doubling or not. It is somewhat hard for me to do. The images changes when the coin is twisted and turned between the fingers. It's a problem for me
