The slabbing company, INB-INTERNATIONAL NUMISMATIC BUREAU, is well known for their mistakes and over-grading coins. It is best to avoid buying anything with this company's name on it. Here is a link for more details:

How can we tell if it is a mule when you only show one side.

He's referring to the cheap slab. The slab says 1958 Jefferson nickel when there's a Lincoln Cent in it.
