Die Deterioration/Deformation Errors:
Die Deterioration Promoted by Trails (oblique flow
lines)

Can these lines runs horizontal across 95% of surface of coin, make parts of coin illegible and also include pitting, yet leave other side of coin unaffected?

And before jumping to environmental damage how would the exact same damage be between rim and bust without destroying/flattening the rim of bust?

Sorry only 3 pics got yelled at last time for posting to many. All I can add is its a penny weighing 3.0. Date illegible, maybe 1982.
