I know it is pretty worn but always looking for odd looking coins when I receive change and I recently found this guy is it and actual error and would there be any interest/value here any feedback is very much appreciated...

...huh. I hadn't realized before that the Virginia quarter commemorated an anniversary *seven years after* it was issued. I wonder if that's a record.
