I had already gone through these LWCs on a preliminary check and found this during the second pass. As big as the extra eyelid is, the first thing that caught my eye was what looked to be a 'notch' on the Y of LIBERTY [since I don't often look for extra eyelids]. ... the 'notch' actually turned out to be PMD.
