I have a 2013 super repeater $1dollar bill marked D61616161D. My question is first does the Two D's increase the value and is the $1000 dollar offer from a local coin shop too lil or just right ?

to CCF. I would think the D's on each end make it more valuable. We need to see photos though.

Someone needs to move that decimal point one number to the left. Super Repeaters average around $100...not $1,000.

I would consider that offer extremely high. As @steveintampa said, $100 is probably a normal selling price for super repeaters, so I would think a local coin shop would offer $20-$40.

I don't sell anything BUT I would have taken that $1000 offer in a heartbeat.

Does he see something I don't? Maybe just the sequence with the 2 D's?

The D prefix & suffix adds very little to the value of the OP's note. Now, if the note was solid 4s on the 4th district, that might add a decent price bump.

Very nice serial number.
Definitely worth a premium.
Condition is the only problem I can see (you need to show the reverse).
The big premium comes with CU notes (Crisp Uncirculated).

Hmmm... the other issues is its XF or AU, not CU.
