2016 P Roosevelt Dime DDO Or Tdo Through Grease?

Hello,

Ran across this dime in change with a blurred IN GOD WE TRUST and Date.
The rest of coin looks fairly normal. When looking at the "N" it appears to have a triple N and a triple 2 and possibly a triple P mint mark when looked at different angles. I think there maybe some doubling on the back but not sure about that, any input would be appreciated. Could this be a grease strike only?

No Coins from 2016 would have doubled dies that look like this, as we no longer use the multiple squeeze hubbing method, ga you have I'd Die Deterioration Doubling
